Founder of Optimized Health. She has been working in health care for 20+ years and has been a Certified Physician Assistant for over 12 years. She has a masters degree in physician assistant studies from MCPHS in Boston MA and her Bachelors from university of colorado. Her specialties have included Orthopedic Surgery, Urgent Care, and Medical Aesthetics. Over the past few years she has developed an interest in longevity medicine and weight loss and is currently offering a medical weight loss program.
In her free time Lori enjoys spending time with her family, being on the lake, skiing and hiking.
Dr. Hogan is the collaborating physician here at Optimized Health. She is a full time Orthopaedic Surgeon at New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center. Dr. Hogan graduated from Brown University School of Medicine, Providence, Rhode Island. She did her orthopaedic residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina. She then completed fellowship training in arthroplasty (joint replacement) at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard, Boston, Massachusetts.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, travelling and surfing.

Arriving late to your appointment will deprive you of valuable consultation and treatment time. We will do our best to get you in if possible for the remaining time scheduled, however we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If your appointment does need to be rescheduled you will not be refunded your deposit, and an additional deposit will need to be made for your future Appointment.
We have a 48 hour Cancellation/No Show Policy. Any appointments that cancel within 48 hours will be charged $50 to the card on file. If you do not show up for your appointment you will also be charged $50 to the card on file. This is in best effort to respect our providers’ time as well as other patients’ time.
If a patient cancels late or no-shows three times, they will be required to pay in full for future services at time of booking the appointment
We require all patients to have a Primary Care Provider, and to have a copy of their most recent labs with them on the first visit (cmp, cbc, and thyroid) . Labs must be from within the last year.
No refunds. Medication/treatment results are variable and cannot be guaranteed. We can not take back any client medications. Results will vary based on the individual. Retail: No refunds on products purchased.
Ultimately the decision to treat is at the provider’s discretion. Further consultation or labs may be requested by the provider.
We do not offer any treatments to minors at Optimized Health. All patients must be 18 years old or older.
We love kids and pets, however we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. Animals are not allowed in the health care facility. This policy is to ensure the safety of your children and maintain a relaxing environment for everyone at Optimized Health and Modern Medspa.
